Often we take for granted the little things in life.  We get so caught up in the day to day hustle and bustle that we forget to stop for a moment and fully appreciate all the beautiful treasures among us.  All too often, we recognize the moments that make us feel weak inside and neglect to embrace the moments that make us feel alive.  In every little thing we do, we are living these precious moments.   Although we can’t go back in time, we can remember the moments that touched our lives forever.  We can relive those moments again as if they happened yesterday.   These are the times that will remind us of  our lives and all the memories that we  created over the years.  These are the special moments that tell the unique story of  who we are and what we will become.   From all the incredible milestones, adventures, new chapters, accomplishments, and achievements; these are the days that will be cherished the most when we look back on them in the future.  With every change of the season, every day that goes by, every birthday that passes;  live in the moment.  Remember the times.  Remember the feelings.  Remember the scents.  Remember the sounds.  Remember every little detail so that you can relive that moment again, and again, and all over again.   To be able to tell the story to your children, so that your children could tell the story to your grandchildren. To continue the story for generations and generations and to keep the feeling alive forever.  The moment you can live to tell the story, is the moment you have realized that you have truly lived.

Life is short. Live every day to the fullist. Always cherish the times you have together and hold the people you love the most close to your heart forever. As a child, I would gaze out of my window into the dark and peaceful night time sky.  I remember wishing upon a star and dreaming about what my future would be like.  I would picture my husband and imagine him being some where out there, at that very moment, living his life day by day.  I didn’t know who he was, where he lived, or when we would meet each other but I believed that he existed in this gigantic world of people.  In my dreams, I knew that one day our paths would lead to one another and we would travel the rest of our lifetime journey together, side by side. 

It’s actually amazing to think back to when you were a child and to reflect on the moments when you pictured your future.  There I was, a young and dreamy child, picturing the course of my life and where it would take me in ten, fifteen, even twenty years.   Back then, it felt like it was so far away, unreachable, unattainable; almost like it would never happen.  No matter how long it takes for you to get to that moment, it is those exhilarating visions and aspirations that enable you to believe and to achieve.  All those endless wishes upon a star, are not just wishes, but the extraordinary magic that drives you to explore the world and all of its greatest possibilities and opportunities.  It is the power of the mind to begin telling the fairytale and unfold the pages of life one day at a time.  To give a sense of hope and meaning, something to believe in, and something to live for.  As we explore, search, and desparately seek for our future, we discover the journey.  The journey that life has taken us to find ourselves.  To find who we are and where we were always meant to be.   The journey into our destiny.  Like a fairytale, the chapters of life unfold its infinite pages.  The journey takes its course.  The timelss and endless  journey into our future.
